Asserts that isolated bodies of water that are not fed by or replenished perennial streams are to be considered no navigable waterways and, as such, are not subject to regulation by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers or the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency under the federal Clean Water Act

I support this bill. It is not about stewardship of the earth. It's about control. It's about getting the federal government out of state business. We are more capable at the local and state level of taking care of our environment than some bureaucrat in D.C.
